Things to note before we begin
Completing this form is the first step in opening your account with us. Once your information is received, a Co-op Bank representative will contact you within two (2) business days to confirm your appointment.
To get you started with your account at Co-op Bank, please ensure you have the following:
- One piece of valid identification (nationals); Two pieces (non-nationals)
- National Insurance card
- National identification card
- Voters identification card
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Any state approved identification with a photo and date of birth
- 1 Reference letter required for non-nationals
- Proof of address
- Proof of income
- Minimum opening deposit
